This has worked well and after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to officially close Southwold as from 31st July 2020.
What this means for our clients
Pet’s clinical histories are held within a secure database at Fromus Saxmundham. This enables us to continue to give care to our clients’ pets, without interruptions or delay.
Saxmundham is a much larger practice, open 6 days a week with great facilities and a longstanding veterinary teams.
Introducing Eagle Veterinary Group
Our sister practice, Eagle Veterinary Group, is just 9 miles from Southwold situated in Halesworth. Southwold clients are most welcome to use the services of Eagle and the team is happy to welcome clients and your pets. Eagle Vets shares the same database as Saxmundham and so the team will be able to readily access pet’s clinical records at this surgery too. Our team is shared across our group, so clients will be greeted by familiar faces at both Saxmundham and Halesworth. Find out more about Eagle Veterinary Group.
Healthy Pet Club
The Healthy Pet Club memberships will automatically transfer to Fromus Saxmundham together with account details. Eagle Vets, our sister practice, also has access to this secure database. Members can continue to enjoy their usual discounts and savings. If you have any concerns regarding your membership, please contact hpc@cvsvets.com.
